Primary focus must be within the plant based industry. Badge company name must reflect media outlet qualifications. Press credentials are not carried over year to year, please register each year.  If you have not submitted your business proof before arriving on show site, plan to bring business proof per above with you.

Definition: 
Working journalists in print, broadcast and digital media for established trade or consumer publications, or accredited broadcast media outlets. This includes reporters, writers, editors, producers, photographers and camera crews. 

Requirements:

Press credentials consisting of a business card with your name, media outlet and title as well as ONE of the following:

Traditional Print Media (online versions as well) Examples include: Newsletter, Trade Journal, Magazine, eNewsletter.

a) Please provide a sample of two articles, published within the past six months that clearly displays authorship, and is within the realm of the plant based, organic and healthy living space.
b) OR, a copy of publication masthead including your name – accepted titles include Editor, Reporter, Writer, Anchor, Producer, Host, Program Director, Production.

TV/Radio: Please submit a link to your show or segments.

Freelancers:  Please email your assignment letter to [email protected] in addition to submitting the application.

Press Crew: Photographers, videographers, camera operator, sound engineer, or non-journalists affiliated with news outlets and attending for an official purpose must submit proof of business or assignment letter.
