
Born and raised in Miami, FL, Chef Stephany Burgos has grown up with love and appreciation for hospitality. As soon she could stand in her grandmother’s kitchen, she instantly had a curiosity for food. She started working in restaurants at a young age and eventually enrolled at Johnson and Whales University, went to New York City for an internship and ended up staying. Since then, she has worked in all kinds of kitchens, with different Chefs and learned from all areas of the industry. In 2021 she found a new home with Planta Restaurants, as Executive Culinary Leader of New York.
