
Marika Azoff is the corporate engagement specialist at The Good Food Institute (GFI), a nonprofit working internationally to accelerate alternative protein innovation. She leads GFI’s work with domestic and multinational foodservice operators, retailers, and distributors to inspire and expedite their shift toward alternative proteins. Marika first joined GFI with a focus on alternative seafood. She worked to accelerate the development of alternative seafood globally by building relationships with the private sector. With a decade of experience in animal conservation and strategic partnerships, Marika is passionate about making delicious, affordable alternative proteins accessible and appealing to all consumers.
