Chef Fran Costigan, cookbook author, vegan pastry consultant,and Director of Vegan Pastry at the Rouxbe Online Culinary School, is internationally renowned as the authority on vegan desserts.
Professionally trained, Costigan worked in traditional and vegan pastry kitchens before moving into teaching 25 years ago. She is lead instructor for the 90-Day Essential Vegan Desserts Course she developed at Rouxbe.
A frequent presenter at conferences, festivals, corporations, resorts, Chef Costigan enjoys teaching and mentoring students of all skill levels.
