IN 2012, FOUNDER STANLEY CHASE III FORGOT TO SET A TIMER ON HIS VEGAN MANAPUA RECIPE AND OVERCOOKED THE BBQ SOY PROTEIN BY MISTAKE.

He then did it over a million more times, on purpose - with the intention of bringing the world one of the finest jerky's ever tasted. From day one, our ingredients have been Non-GMO certified, made in small batches, by hand, and with freshly sourced Kentucky ingredients.
