From yellow peas, sustainably grown and gently processed in North America, LDC has developed pea protein isolate (PPI) of market desired quality for food and beverage products. LDC PPI has a high protein content, very mild taste, distinctive creamy mouthfeel, and good water solubility. Non-GMO verified Soy protein isolates from LDC are industry leaders in taste and function. Our clean soy protein isolates with minimum protein levels of 90 percent on a moisture-free basis, can be used for enhanced nutrition and/or functionality in a variety of applications.
