Jason Huffman is a senior reporter for Undercurrent News, the world's leading seafood publication with journalists living in or frequently traveling to the US, Canada, Europe, Asia and South America. He's been covering food and agriculture since 2008, led the editorial team of Food Chemical News and was also the launch editor for Politico ProAg and ProTrade. He declares himself a shellfish junkie and says he loves to eat seafood as much as writing about it. He's the proud father of two girls and is in the process of moving to Silver Spring, Maryland, with his wife, Danna.
