Matt de Gruyter is the co-founder and CEO of Next Level Burger, America’s first 100% plant-based burger joint—serving up Burgers for a Better World on the daily in locations coast to coast. The fast-growing chain was born in Bend, Oregon in 2014, when Matt and his wife, Cierra, realized that what they wanted for their own family—healthy, sustainable, delicious food—should be for everyone. They wanted to turn their vision into action and burger awesomeness.
