Corporate and campus catering companies have been expanding their use of plant-based foods in response to customer demand. However, large schools, hospitals, and other institutions appear to be slower to offer plant-based options in their cafeterias and dining halls. This panel will examine the unique opportunities and challenges in the institutional food service space and how brands, catering companies, and institutions can overcome the barriers to plant-based adoption.
